- +In Tanzania, there is a significant challenge of unemployment, and many youths migrate to urban areas in search of better livelihoods, resulting in rapid population growth in cities. In addition, many young people who have completed their studies do not return home; most of them migrate overseas in search of green pastures. This situation threatens peace and accelerates the growth of inactive citizens.
