City Care Driving Change: Empowering Youth and Women to Tackle Unemployment Through the Ubuntu Alliance Platform

In Tanzania, there is a significant challenge of unemployment, and many youths migrate to urban areas in search of better livelihoods, resulting in rapid population growth in cities. In addition, many young people who have completed their studies do not return home; most of them migrate overseas in search of green pastures. This situation threatens peace and accelerates the growth of inactive citizens.

Therefore, in our efforts as T4NA-Tanzania, we recognize this pressing issue and are committed to empowering our youth by highlighting digital opportunities that can lead to job creation and income generation.

We are excited to introduce the Ubuntu Alliance Platform, a transformative training hub designed to equip young people and women with essential skills in innovation, IT, e-marketing, the agricultural value chain, and law. Our program not only focuses on skill development but also provides ongoing mentorship and support, ensuring that every participant can thrive in their endeavors.
